Clean Weapon Question - Guild Wars Forums

I have a Max Dmg Storm Bow with Req.11 Marksmanship.
Is it possible to put +15% damage (health above 50%) like normal weapons?

no. you can't ADD 15>50 to a bow. it has to be on it in the first place.

I wish. That would make perfect weapons so much easier to come by.
